The pelletizer die is the core of the underwater pelletizing machine. Our company integrates design, production, and testing, and it has been proven in various pellet production processes. Based on extensive experience in die design, we use scientific finite element simulation software to optimize the design and manufacturing of the die's hot runner, material flow channel, die holes, insulation layer structure, pelletizing belt, and die base material. This ensures the die features uniform temperature distribution and durability.
According to the product's operating temperature, the dies can be used for low-temperature masterbatch pellets like PE, PP, PA, and medium to high-temperature masterbatch pellets like ABS, PET, and other synthetic resins. Our high-temperature dies hold a leading position in the domestic market.
The pelletizer cutter head is a key component of the underwater pelletizing machine, and its operating characteristics directly affect the quality of the pellet products as well as the lifespan of the pelletizer die and cutter. There are two types of cutter heads: fixed cutter heads (rigid cutter heads) and follow-up cutter heads (flexible cutter heads).
Our company's follow-up cutter head uses special rubber to transmit torque and axial force while generating a flexible effect of end-face oscillation. This design helps to reduce axial and radial impact, compensates for the gap between the cutter edge and the pelletizing belt on the die, and extends the service life of both the die and the cutter.
The follow-up (flexible) cutter head is suitable for models such as ZSK350, LCM500, LCM450, CMP230, and CMP320. The fixed (rigid) cutter head is suitable for models like MAAG-PEARLO p50-φ350 and BKG-AHD50-350.
Bimetallic Composite Blades: The blade body is made of 17-4PH SUS630 material, and the cutting edge is made of Nikro128 143. Utilizing vacuum diffusion welding technology, the blade body achieves ultra-high wear resistance while maintaining excellent toughness. These blades are suitable for pelletizing materials like PP and PE.
High-Speed Steel Blades: Made from imported M35 and M2 materials, processed through vacuum quenching and ultra-deep cryogenic treatment to enhance toughness and wear resistance. These blades are suitable for pelletizing materials such as ABS, SAN, PET, PA, POM, and POE.

The stationary blade is a core component in the pelletizing chamber, working with the rotary blade to shear the product. It requires high hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and stability to prevent deformation.
Our company mainly produces two types of stationary blades: ceramic stationary blades and carbide stationary blades. Customers can choose different types based on their product needs, or we can customize the material and hardness according to customer specifications.
The spinneret plate is used to transform the viscous polymer melt or solution into fine streams with specific cross-sectional shapes through micro-holes. These streams are then solidified into filaments by a coagulating medium such as water or a coagulation bath. The plate must be pressure-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and possess sufficient mechanical strength.
First, selecting the right material is essential. We use high-strength stainless steel forgings imported from Japan. As the saying goes, "To do a good job, one must first sharpen their tools!" High-precision equipment is crucial for producing high-precision spinneret plates. Our company is equipped with advanced imported machining centers, top domestic grinding machines, advanced surface treatment equipment, original Nikon projectors imported from Japan, inspection tools like YouNeng, turning and milling centers, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment. This ensures that every spinneret hole is flawless.
